You must be 18 years of age minimum in order to commission me.

I have every right to deny a commission if I deem it something I do not wish to work on.

I own all intellectual property of my designs and artwork. You may not use it for personal branding, advertising of any kind of personal profit, unless spoken of prior.

Commissioner will be given a brief questionnaire to fill out to give a summary of what they would like.

Commissioner may post finished commissioned pieces if they were the one to commission it and/or proper credit is given.

Commissioner will get multiple work in progresses along the lines while the commission is being worked on. As well as updates in the Trello (linked to commissioner).

At every interval of the commission process (sketching, lineart, color) the commissioner will have ample time to ask for edits. Edits must be asked for in the phases, as edits further into certain commission types become difficult.

Deadlines are not accepted unless discussed, and a rush fee may be added accordingly.

All commissions must be paid for in full in order to be worked on, if you can not pay in 48 hours of asking for the commission. You will be removed from the queue. (Payment plans offered on larger commissions, must be discussed)

No refunds will be given on completed work or adoptables. If a refund is needed it must be asked for before the commission is started.

Partial refunds can be given if the commission is only in the sketch phase, but the artist will have complete rights to the sketch and can use it for you character here purposes to make back time spent.

Refunds will not be offered to those who post about the artist in a negative manner. Such as complaining about wait time or so on. Slander is not tolerated.

Adopts are allowed to be resold, but must not be resold for more than the value they are worth. If the adopt is bought for $5 and comes with no extra artwork or other items. Price must remain at $5. If the adopt comes with more than it was purchased with, than price can increase accordingly.

Reposting of artwork is only allowed if the person reposting is the commissioner. Personal artwork, fanart, and more is not to be reposted. If it is on Twitter retweets are acceptable.

Commissioners must give credit when reposting artwork.

Check Socials in order to see what accounts can be tagged in for credit. If you are posting somewhere that credit may be hard to give, please just use the username SizDizzle.

If found to be stealing and claiming artwork that is reposted, user will be blacklisted.
